NICE system at work in GECIS India

India’s GECIS, a GE Capital affiliate has forged a multimillion dollar deal with Nice Systems for the first mass production implementation of the NICE Perform software suite in three of GECIS’ sites. It is aimed at streamlining processes and increasing revenues for the remote processing organization and one of the respected shared-services provider in India.

GECIS has decided to deploy the NICE Perform software to boost performance in their offered services:

  • Finance and accounting
  • Insurance
  • Customer fulfillment activities and processes
  • Managed IT services

NICE APAC president Doron Ben Sira proudly says, "The outsourcing industry is choosing NICE Perform because it allows the enterprise to impact directly on the bottom line and significantly improve business processes."
